Hi, I'm confused, I'm a pay monthly customer, and the travel bolt on is inclusive. However it says in the detail that it must be activated, but I cannot find out how. Does it happen automatically when you switch on roaming or do I physically have to do something?  I can see the bolt European bolt on in my account, but not zone 1 which I need, do I have to add it ? is so how? as I have tried and it doesn't give me an option. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks John

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If you have O2 travel it will kick in automatically when you start roaming.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
