You need to call O2
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

@DavidMK40 Ports are taking much longer than they normally do. We are all customers here, so unfortunately we wouldn't have any time frame to give you. You can try to call customer service, but that's difficult too right now. All you can do is switch your phone off and back on occasionally and hope for the best.

Thanks for your replies.  Has proved impossible so far to contact Customer Services by phone.  Aren't these message boards monitored by O2?

Unfortunately not. This is a community forum, not customer services.
Customers help customers but we are limited in what we can do. Calling early morning is best time to get through.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
