Hi - the code for 15% discount runs out tonight - Im an O2 priority member, have my code, but despite where is says I should enter it on the AXS ticketing website, there is nowhere to enter it

 

Help please..?

It's quite prominent once you have selected the date you wish to book for, it takes you to another page to select your entry time, and on that page under AXS it says "do you have a promo code ENTER IT NOW"

Not sure how you missed it .. it really is quite clear on tha page...

Id say you missed the obvious on the webpage

Have you tried a different web browser and turned off any ad blockers, enabled pop ups etc?

Thanks for the quick reply - however, neither of these make any difference.

 

The problem seems to be is that it is not an O2 ticketing system for this exhibition - you have to create an account with a firm called AXS who are clearly American and then use their website to buy the tickets - I would say that between them and O2 they have a lack of communication....
