Hi,
Last night I wanted to take advantage of O2 Priority’s 35% discount when parking at an airport. I accessed the portal via the app and it says that the discount will be applied upon checkout. This never happened. The O2 app provided a list of options with which I selected one that had a standard 10% discount which is offered to anyone simply by doing a Google search. I would expect that the 35% discount would be applied on top of the standard 10% discount offer., but no 35% discount was offered, even after purchasing it. I contacted HolidayExtras, via the O2 help chat, but they said they can only see what their supplier has discounted already i.e. 10% discount and they’re unable to add the O2 Priority discount and I should contact O2. Please may someone kindly assist or provide me with contact options to speak with an O2 Priority operator to resolve.
