Samsung Galaxy s6 edge delivery

I placed an order for my galaxy s6 on Thursday evening at 16:51, and selected premium delivery and selected the slot before 10:30am today, I have not received a confirmation email that it's been dispatched? I paid £8.99 for premium delivery, I'm assuming it's not going to turn up this morning?
Anyone else had this problem?

Yet another disappointed customer, the list goes on. I am (pleasantly) surprised that we haven't seen more of this problem over the Christmas and New Year periods.

O2 seem happy with the process as they take the money straight away, bank it, gain interest for 10 days until they decide to return it if you get frustrated enough to cancel. Win, win!

Buy from Carphone Warehouse you get better and cheaper deals regardless of Network!!!!!

If you want to be committed for a full 2 year contract with no option of ending other than paying off the remaining months then yes, some people want to have a choice of changing contract or provider when they want or need to.

Well I recieved my phone, it's great really pleased, I have put all my content into it music etc no problem, I then made a call to my partner who then immediately complained about the noise saying she couldn't here me and it was screeching down the phone, and sounding like I was underwater, so I then rang my friend who complained about the same noises from my phone, so I contacted o2 I reset the phone the usual fault finding techniques, all to the conclusion the phone is damaged, I know have to wait 3 to 5 working days for them to send me a replacement. Fantastic
