I bought this on a 3 year contract last July, however despite returning to the shop with it several times, they won't do anything because they don't even believe I am who I am and that the account's in my name because I don't carry ID documents due to being prone to losing stuff.
Basically, the Watch won't maintain a full charge for more than a couple of hours at a time and even that's pushing it a bit, despite it being on charge most of the time when I'm not wearing it.
Anyway, because I don't think the item's fit for purpose, would there be a way to return it and cancel the contract? As mentioned I've had it for nearly 9 months since last July.

Well as of last Saturday morning, the watch is now fixed and has worked all week.
It just needs charging.
