Hi
I am currently in Tenerife and my data roaming won’t work and I have 64g of my own data so doesn’t make sense as to why I can’t use it. What can I do to make it work? I’ve tried turning my phone off and on and same with my data and roaming but still won’t work

Have a look at this guide Guide: Roaming MegaGuide
1. You will only get to use 25Gb of data whilst roaming, anything over will be chargeable at £3.50 per GB
2. Try another network, by selecting Manual Network Search
3. What phone do you have as if you have a iPhone then you may need to change the APN to mobile.o2.co.uk
4. You can reach out to customer services via social media and check that there are no bars on the account.
