Hi dear I had requested a new replacement as my new o2 sim didn't work and you guy said that you will send another one first class delivery and that was 2 weeks ago I'm still waiting and I'm not able to call or to get calls I also pay for a 10 bundle, I'm really disappointed this need to be short it out now
