Hello,
I have a Huawei P smart which i need to send off fir repair as it has a cracked screen. I have tried contacting 202 and was told from the automated message calls are being prioritsed and my issue isn't important enough. I cant seem to find any information other than this to let O2 know im in need of a repair as my phone is constantly flickering and soon will not be able to be used. Because of corona i am unabe to take it into the shop for repair as all shops are shut and just would like to let somebody know i would like a repair and if i could send it off to the correct people. Please is there an email address or something i can make contact with to organise a repair. Also for the customer service number does anybody know the calling times they are open, mon-sun?
