Promotion Period

The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (BST) on 28 September 2017 and shall close at 23:59 (GMT) on 2 November 2017 (the “Promotion Period”). Claims must be made between thirty (30) – sixty (60) days of purchase of a Promotion Product (the “Claim Period”). For example, if a Promotion Product is purchased on 2 November 2017, a Claim must be made between 1 December 2017 and 31 December 2017.

The T&C's say to claim within 30 to 60 days of purchase

I tried to claim initially within the 30 days and it said i could not claim until i had gone over 30 days

So even if you bought on the last day 2nd November....the 60 days cut off point is over. (Last week )

Quite. Thats where I got the info from. However @Anonymous thought she was within the 60 day claim period. I pointed out that she wasn't.
