Is anybody else having a problem trying to claim the offer of Galaxy ear buds for £1 with recent upgrades. I have this morning received an email and text telling my code is due to expire on 31/12/23. The code I received originally was invalid and after 3 previous phone calls to o2 I was told I would receive another code. I have tried again to contact them about this but even the virtual assistant was closing my conversation without any answer to my question.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Make sure you use the link in the text to claim and copy / paste the code.

Hi. I'm having the same issues. When contacting 02 I'm told code will be sent in the next 5 - 10 day. Bought my phone back in September and I'm still waiting.
