Hi I’ve been having some problems with my new upgraded phone which is the iPhone SE 2020. When I download certain apps I find that it bugs out or doesn’t allow me to access certain things. For example when I’ve downloaded Instagram I can’t access my profile. The app will just freeze when I click the profile button and go back to my home screen. When I download Instagram on other phones I don’t have this problem. I’ve contacted Instagram and they don’t understand the problem either so I believe it has something to do with my new phone as it’s not just this 1 app that I’m having troubles with. I’ve deleted the apps and re-downloaded it, I’ve restarted my phone. I’ve basically tried everything but the same problems keep recurring. Can anyone help please I can’t manage to get through to o2 at all! Really annoying me at this stage now.
