Hi
I am recently in Italy. I was so surprised that after landing my phone 4G data didn't work at all. I am even not able to make a phone call. I've tried my sim card on two devices with the same output so it must be something wrong with the network. Did anyone experience similar problem in the past?

Sounds like an international roaming bar on the account.
