Is this an upgrade or new contract?
If it is the latter then you might have problems. A standard SIM would only be sent to a UK address and there is no guarantee that an eSIM could be downloaded from MyO2
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
