@TextCharges, @FK When you eventually get in contact with customer service, you need to request they bar charge to mobile on your phone, and block all premium rate numbers. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

They could not help me in store so managed to get through on webchat in the end, was told to text STOP to 82450, they have also credited my account and hopefully put a block on the numbers!

I JUST CHECKED MY O2 BILL AND FOUND I AM BEING CHARGED £0.15 A MESSAGE FOR RESPONDING TO THE O2 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY. EACH RESPONSE ATTRACTS THAT CHARGE. O2 SHOULD BE REWARDING CUSTOMERS FOR RESPONDING TO SURVEYS......

That's not a premium text/SMS, @Wirelessroamer - the survey link sent out should never incur a charge or cost to the responder to answer (although if a shortcode response number is used, your phone may warn you about possible charges, by default).
If you have been charged to answer an O2 SMS survey, please collect the dates and details when you sent the SMS replies and drop @Kei-M_O2 (the O2 community manager) a Private Message with the info so he can check it out for you. Indicate if you are a Contract or a PAYG customer as well.
Good luck, @Wirelessroamer
