Hi, could someone please tell me what constitutes Premium and Information Services? I've been charged a couple of times lately for this, but don't know what it is.

My phone bill so I had the same problem as everyone asle is having so I payed my bill as of £64 pawnd ent paying the rest at all I spoke to someone at 02 about it all he wants is me to pay that so ent doing it they can *bleep* off big time so Coming off 02
