My new contract on my second phone which is going to be paid monthly over 3years in addition I have a card payment pending for £50. This is an error in my opinion and should not be taken. I await your reply.

Nobody here can access your account, @Tony80 - you will need to contact O2 CS via 202 or via Social Media on any of the links below this post. Or you can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is just after 8am UK time. Good luck!

If the payment is pending it means O2 has not got it, therefore, cannot return it.

Pending transactions drop off after a few days and are returned to your cleared funds in line with your banks policies.

You need to check that with your bank.
