My new contract on my second phone which is going to be paid monthly over 3years in addition I have a card payment pending for £50. This is an error in my opinion and should not be taken. I await your reply.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If the payment is pending it means O2 has not got it, therefore, cannot return it.
Pending transactions drop off after a few days and are returned to your cleared funds in line with your banks policies.
You need to check that with your bank.
