Help please! Tomorrow I am swapping out my broken phone for a new phone via DPD on the doorstep. When speaking with the advisor they advised me to turn off my iphone location and passcode. It wasn't until after the call, I realised I ddn't ask about any other data etc on my mobile! CAnnot get through to anyone now! Would you do a factory reset on the phone? Or does anyone know what you should actually do when swapping the phone? Thank you in advance.

Hi, this happened this morning - didn't get time to do a factory reset and DPD driver took it anyway. Have I screwed up? Suddenly nervous I have (yes is an absolutely fine answer!)

It will be wiped anyway when it gets back to O2, the only issue will be if you have screen locks or still signed into iCloud on an iPhone.
It may be returned to you to wipe it and then return at your cost.
