Payment Deferal

Is it possible to request a payment deferall of this months payment due to COVID? Essentially I was made redundant due to Covid last month and have since found myself a new position however will not be paid a wage until the end of this month so is it possible to request a payment deferal for this month as I simply cannot afford it? Thank you

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
