Spent over 30 mins today with their help line I only wanted a pac code the lady assistant kept putting me hold and did not seem to know what to do had to repeat my phone number twice and more security questions do they have no way to do this online ? then asked me why i was leaving then said she would get her manager to send me a code still waiting for it,had non of this trouble with other providers very poor service from the agent and o2
