Outlook 2010 won't accept username and password

Anonymous

Hello

I'm trying to put my o2 email account on Outlook 2010 on my new laptop.  It seemed to have worked the other day as it downloaded new mesages.  However, when I try and access it now, when I try to send and receive, it just brings up an error saying that the server won't accept my username and password.  It's my normal o2 email address and the password that I'm using, so I'm not sure why it's not working.  The password works fine when I log into webmail....

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Michelle
