I have made an order online on 21st November haven't got any email or whatsoever was click and collect from store I cannot see order in my account either money gone ......

You will need to contact the sales team tomorrow on 0800 081 0255 and ask them, as this is a customer to customer community, and we cant see anything to do with your account or orders
