Is live chat working?? I'm very keen to update o2 on a late payment. I receive money on the 11th to clear the balance. But, the payment support number of 0800 902 0217 doesn't allow you to speak to anyone re late payments only stolen phones or fraud!!
Please help as I'm looking for work as a single woman and don't want to be disconnected as I have no other means of comms!
I'm desperate to speak to someone and don't have a home phone, also not able to reach home on the coast!
