Has anyone had to use the ombudsman service? I'm not sure how it works but need advice and help asap. It's taken me so far 12 weeks to make a simple insurance claim. All been agreed and accepted, my device will be swapped for a different model etc.
I have made now 3 complaints now and all I get is apology after apology and told to redo the process. 3 days off work for failed collections, being billed for a device that a faulty. 12 weeks to do an insurance claim has anyone heard of it? What can I do? My phone is essential for working every day.

Before you go to the Ombudsman you need a letter of deadlock from O2 which means they cannot resolve the issue for you to your satisfaction.
The links to contact the Ombudsman are on the complaints page but it might also be worth you making a complaint through Resolver too.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
