Hi All.Galaxy S9 Plus with O2 SIM card does not work WiFi Calls.No icon and option phone Settings is inactive. With EE SIM card, everything works !! What could be the problem?

Text messages not coming through.

So I am not receiving text messages that people send me, I receive some but not all and I know that they have sent them because they show me them. U have tried resetting the network settings, I've reset my phone and I know the issue can't be my phone...
