O2 rewards

Hi I used £40 of my rewards on the 19th of December to get marks n spencer vouchers and it stated I would receive them via email in 5 days and I have not received them yet has anyone else had this issue and when did you receive them?

Have you checked you junk or spam email folders? 

Also not it can take a bit longer than 5 days especially at Christmas.
