O2 recycling

I've just upgraded to the samsung s9+ so I traded my s8+ in. They offered £300 then today contacted me to say they'd only offer £60 as the screen has LCD damage. The phone was immaculate. I only got it in august 2017. If that's the case surely I can return the phone to o2 to be fixed under warranty?

I'm keeping it now as my hubby decided he wants it. So they can fix it (if it's even got that problem) thanks though will bear cex in mind for his phone, it's actually next door to the o2 shop.

Same at my local o2 shop at the Tesco Arena. O2 and CEX side by side with CPW just a few shops down..... Healthy competition

Funnily enough my local o2 shop & CEX are right opposite each other

I guess CEX have done their research and opened all their stores next to O2 so that unhappy O2 Recycle customers don't have far to go once they get their phones back.....
