Hi all 

 

hope someone can help. I’ve been gifted some tickets for the o2 this weekend by a staff member of the main attraction. Im trying to find out where my seats are to no avail. One of our party has health issues so we want to make sure they are comfortable.

 

there’s no order number but just that the tickets are in my name at the box office. I can’t find any sort of phone number to call them, I’ve tried AXS but they need an order number which there isn’t one.The staff member doesn’t know as they’ve just put us on a list with no further info. Anyone have any clue on how to go about finding out where we’re sitting?
