Hi Our Booster box appears to have stopped working, despite all the correct lights  showing. Is this because of the 3G cessation?

I have a 3G & 4G dual band boostbox that was supplied to me by O2 about 3 years ago, was told at the time they were normally only available to VIP customers, it's also 'open' meaning anyone on O2 can use it without registering first. I've been unable to find out if the 4G service will continue after December, it is working perfectly at the moment, the person who arranged it all no longer appears to work for O2 and he was my only contact.

4G is not going anywhere, but 3G is soon to be history, @GuyC - as mentioned above, if you have capable WiFi, then WiFi calling is what is being used to fill the gap.

Agreed, but I don't know if the boostbox can function on 4G alone, when it was first installed it was 3G only then they remotely upgraded it to add 4G a few days later, I suspect the architecture is based on the 3G service, will just have to wait and see what happens!
