It's unlikely as you would need a PAC for the number issued by the network.

If you can obtain a PAC, give it to customer service and they will transfer the number.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

According to the publicly accessible ofcom numbering data accessible here https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/information-for-industry/numbering/numbering-d... 07464 4 is a number range allocated to Vodafone.

Assuming you didn't port your specific number out from Vodafone or a service provider using their network (that data is, for obvious reasons not publicly accessible) and you can prove it was linked to an account you had with them they MAY be able to recover it for you but you may need to pay £10 and get it linked to one of their PAYG SIMs and then port it over to O2.
