The promotion was for a voucher that made the Buds 3 Pros £20 to purchase.
I know of some QC issues with the product which meant Samsung halted shipments, but I am yet to receive my code. Possibly this is why?
Is there any other avenue of contact, as the O2 CS team has not been able to help thus far? Anyone else with this same issue?
