Lost phone at beginning of week & contacted o2 to have bar placed on phone, phoned o2 following day as found phone and asked to have bar lifted, they said it would be up to 24 hrs before I could use services again, 24hrs later there was still no change, I’ve spoke to several people since then who have all said the same however still no change on my end, I was sent a new sim today as was told my sim may be damaged, after putting in new sim there’s still no change & I am still unable to use services, any ideas what to do next? As now paying for a service i am not receiving and have hit a bit of a brick wall with customer services!

@Seang1 You can try reaching O2 via social media to see if you can get help there:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Alternatively, if you have an O2 store nearby they would be able to give you a new sim and hopefully get you up and running. Be sure to bring photo ID with you if you decide to do that.
