Hi, I ordered the Apple AirPods on Christmas Day, and I still haven’t had a confirmation email and the money is still pending in my account. Is this normal? I’m still getting emails from o2 just not confirming my purchase.

Have you checked your spam just to be sure?

It may also be that they are out of stock but if you call customer service they should be able to confirm for you Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Hi, I have checked spam and there isn’t anything I’m my spam. I’ve also checked and they’re still in stock on the website so I am unsure as to what’s happening

The website stock means nothing as it's not updated regularly.

Calling is the only way to know for sure.
