New sim not working

I have just got a new phone and it's been over 24hours but my new sim is still not working. Is there anything I needed to do or should be doings for this to happen?

If it's an upgrade you can use your old sim or do a sim swap to activate the new one.

Start the process from your old sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
