I've just bought a new iPhone SE and need to swop my 02 micro sim to a nano sim. Do I need to go into an O2 shop or can I order online. Thanks.

You can order online and do a sim swap here

Best option though is to go instore as they do everything for you usually all done within the hour.

Check first if your micro sim has a bit in the middle you can push out as o2 have been issuing triple sims for quite some time now.
