The NHS surgery I use, mainly uses text messages to communicate with me. I would like to receive and send these on a Windows 10 PC as easier for my eyesight. There used to be a Windows 10 App for this. What can iPhone users do now?

Have a look for an app called Link to Windows, this is a free app from Microsoft and can be found in the app store...

It works best with Android Phones.
