I received my bill for this month, it was £13 more than last month. My Disney+ 6 months free had ended, so it was not unexpected to receive a higher charge - but I was not expecting this much more! O2 say that Disney+ is £7.99 a month, so why am I being billed more? Any help or advice welcome.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
