My O2 - Linked Accounts

I've 2 accounts linked. When I attempt to VIEW the account that isn't the Master I'm taken out to the O2 login page.

This used to work ok.

Any ideas?

Thats odd I have checked my linked accounts and all seems ok.  

For reasons best known to O2 (spelling error by person setting acct up) my mobile account actually isnt listed 'within' my Landline account cos they spelt my name wrong. But both accounts are listed ok in Linked accts and access is fine.

I have the exact same problem.

 

I hope chat service worked for you. I have had the most unbelievable experience tonight. They would take the primary account security questions and told me to go to an OS shop!!!!

 

I can't wait for the lines to open tomorrow morning.
