I have 4 O2 email accounts. I can now no longer view three of these as the "Link/View..." function does not give me the choice of viewing my other email accounts. I can't log into them separately as I they won't take my main account password, and I've well forgotten what passwords they had.
I am now unable to view my Car Insurance emails - which would be handy as I have to renew soon.

Contacting you online would be helpful but I guess that's just for sales.

I had another account that was linked. Tonight I had a problem with the account I couldn't reach and they wouldn't accept the primary security details. I have just been on the wrong side of the worse case of customer service in my life.
Just done a post on the chat service. I have saved the transcript of my session as it defies belief. I can't wait to share it with the customer service executive.

If what you're referring to is O2 email, the service has been shut down.
