Hello. Was wondering if it is possible to add insurance to my bill? If so then am I able to get a new device as a few weeks ago I have damaged the LCD screen and it is unusable.

I'm afraid not. Insurance has to be taken out within 28 days of taking out the contract.

@EthanHopkins99 Check your home contents insurance or bank accounts as some cover mobile phones.

You might already be insured.
