Getting slow 4g speed in Wn5 area
Been looking at service web site says mast issue not working in area
This as been a while now is anybody fixing the issue

@Maclee This is not O2. This is a customer community. O2 normally do not give timetables for mast repairs. You can also download the My Network app and report the outage yourself. https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
