Hi I lost my IPhone X on Friday 18th March around 2pm in B & M in Clayton.

I rang O2 on Monday 21st March after 6pm, I spoke to a lovely advisor, who located my IPhone at Queensbury Resivoir, Bradford.

Please can you confirm if it was located at Queensbury Reservoir, or Reservoir place in Queensbury.

I have lost all my Photos and contact numbers.

I wondered if you can give me the exact Location.

I have been back to B & M in Clayton on numerous occasions, no CCTV in and outside the store.

Please can you help.

Kind regards

Carole

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks.

It is also a good idea to remove your number as the forum is public and you may get spammed.

Did o2 bar the phone?

All you contacts and photos should be backed up to iCloud so can be retrieved when you get a new iPhone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
