When I go to log into my account it’s asking to send a code to a number I don’t have access too but im trying to pay a bill and it won’t let me log in to pay the bill

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217/0800 032 5302

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
