I took out a new contract with o2 last Wednesday 4/1/22 and got an iPhone 11. I transferred my existing number from EE to o2, however I still can’t receive calls, send or receive texts or set up WhatsApp or FaceTime. I have called o2 a few times and at 9am today was told this would go to their tech team and would be resolved in 4 hours. I’ve heard nothing. I’ve restarted. Done network refreshes and followed all the online solutions. Nothing. Please can someone help asap!
