Trying to claim free gift with my new upgrade been asked for invoice/proof of purchase cant find either in messages or emails from 02 any ideas how to retrieve many thanks

Not at present I'm afraid everything o2 send me isn't good enough according to huawei I'm awaiting a a sales receipt/invoice including vat number starting to wish I'd never bothered with the phone or the gift if honest been to much hassle from the start

Still not arrived taking product back to local branch and cancelling contract after over 10 years with o2 time to go elsewhere
