Trying to claim free gift with my new upgrade been asked for invoice/proof of purchase cant find either in messages or emails from 02 any ideas how to retrieve many thanks

You can have a go been trying all day and no further forward any help greatly appreciated been trying to send a screen shot of there preference but sadly can't get It to do it and obviously I never got a invoice with it been done online
