International Favourites Bolt On - Texting?

Maybe the answer is too obvious for them to feel they have to explain it, but it's quite frustrating that the description for the International Favourites 3 bolt on doesn't mention anything about texting! 

I want to know how/if it will effect texting back and forth between someone you put as a favourite. Do you get a set number of texts a month? Do you get a reduced price for international texts? Will it have no effect on international texting at all?

Says it is only calls so as there is no mention of sms they will all be charged at prevailing rate
