@DebbieRiP

You will have a bolt on in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

You will also have a bill which will be shown as part of your bill breakdown in your MyO2.

Edit to add, if you do have insurance and wish to claim, details and claim form here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/o2-insurance

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@DebbieRiP If you find you don't have insurance for your phone, do some shopping around on Google. Also, many homeowner's contents policies cover mobiles, and banks do as well.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
