Insurance claim

Hi I noticed last night after accidentally dropping my phone my front screen and back glass both broke. I need to make a claim on my insurance but customer service is closed. I need assistance asap as my phone is barely usable and I pay alot everymonth to be covered us my phone constantly. I need assistance as soon as possible. Please help.

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
