Hi, I have left o2 and need to pay my outstanding balance. How do I pay the remaining as the letter I’ve received doesn’t star it very clear

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Did you sort this. I got a RED letter stating I owed £266, which is correct and which i am trying to pay. I have rung 0800 902 0217 to be told the balnce is zero and nothing they can do.
